2019 Graduation List

To all 2019 Graduands

The Department of Registrar Academic Affairs has released the 5th batch of 2019 graduands. These are students who have been cleared for graduation as of Thursday 3rd October 2019. The list will be updated on a daily basis until Friday 4th October 2019. Please check the order of your name because this is the way it will appear in both transcript and certificate. If the list shows two names, make sure you give the third name as contained in your national ID. Visit the office of Registrar Academic Affairs if your name is not clear or ordered the right way. Charges will apply to do this after graduation.

19th Graduation Ceremony's Notice

This is to inform all students who qualified for conferment of degrees and award of diplomas of Kenya Methodist University during the 2018/2019 academic year that the 19th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 12th October 2019 from 9.00 a.m. at the Graduation Square, Main Campus, Meru.

Intent to Graduate

This is to notify all students who have completed their studies and are expected to graduate this year on 12th October 2019 to clear and file intent to graduate forms with their respective Departments starting Monday, 8th July 2019.

Issuance of 2018 Certificates and Transcripts

Certificates for the students who graduated on 13th October 2018 are ready for collection at the Main Campus in Meru. Note that Certificates will only be issued from Main Campus ONLY. Check on the lists below for all the cleared certificates for collection.
