Course Purpose

The purpose of this course is to enable the student to acquire in-depth knowledge and competencies in organization development and change in health care systems.  The course is designed to enable the students to understand the systematic approach of identifying organizational problems and mechanisms and strategies to address them in order to bring required changes for their continued development and sustainability.
