• Senator Registers at KeMU
    Nairobi County Senator, Hon. Gideon Mbuvi aka Sonko was registered at our Nairobi campus in the BBA program as a Distance Learner (ODLM). He was registered along with Hon. Simon Mbugua (former MP for Kamukunji) who also joined KeMU.

  • KeMU Hosts SBU
    Kenya Methodist University hosts Stony Brook University (SBU) who are visiting for two weeks. The SBU group consists of a medical Team who will be visiting the surrounding hospitals in Meru to learn and observe with our medical professionals. The team is headed by Professor Craigh Lehmann(Dean, the School of Health Technology and Management)

  • KeMU Supports Peaceful Voting Campaign
    Members of the KeMU Nairobi Campus community have a chance of supporting the vote peacefully campaign by way of signing a peace banner erected at KeMU Towers. The campaign is an initiative of the Office of the President, the National Cohesion & Integration Commission, the City Council of Nairobi, the Safe Nairobi Initiative, the Ministry of Youth Affairs, among others. At KeMU, the acquisition and putting up of the banners was facilitated by Mr. KeMU 2013, Brian Chanzera who is seen signing the banner and the Department of Student Welfare

  • KeMU Donates Medical Supplies
    On the 21st of January 2013, a select team from the planning committee of the Annual Medical Camp from the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at Kenya Methodist University two neighbouring locations in North Laikipia. The team visited Dol Dol District Hospital and the Ol Polei Clinic where they also donated some medical supplies

  • KeMU Awarded Certificate of Re-inspection

    KeMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Alfred Mutema receives this year's ICT Pinnacle Award for "Best Use of ICT in Higher Education" from the Minister of Information and communication, Hon. Samuel Poghisio, the VC was accompanied by KeMU ICT Director, Austin Onyango, Principal of the Nairobi Campus, Prof. Robert Gateru, Student leaders and other members of staff.

  • KeMU wins awards at Nairobi Show
    The Principal of KeMU Nairobi Campus Prof. R. Gateru receives the First Place award for The Best Stand Embraced Information and Technology and Communication System from His Excellency Hon. Mwai Kibaki, C.G.H, MP, President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kenya at the Nairobi International Trade Fair.

This programs prepares spiritual leaders for ordained and lay ministries at the diploma level.
