KeMU has recently been licensed to establish International Center for Outsourcing Studies (ICOS) by the BPO Certification Institute, Inc. (BCI).
As the first institution in East Africa to establish an ICOS, KeMU will spearhead education in the BPO sector by offering market driven courses.
