Biography

Mr. Muli is an experienced lecturer, practitioner and consultant in accounting and finance. He has lectured in in universities both locally and internationally. Mr. Muli pursues research interests in taxation and writes and consults on tax planning, policy and practice. He is a former chairman of the tax appeals committee of the central region, Kenya, before they were phased out and replaced by the tax appeals tribunal. Mr. Muli is also a seasoned administrator and held a number of key positions in the university system including chair of a department and campus director as well as coordinating a number of key functions
