The Pharmacy department in KeMU uses curriculum approved by the regulatory authority, Pharmacy and Poisons Board in the training of the students. Recognition of pharmacy graduates by the regulatory authority is therefore guaranteed, presenting easy registration process for licensure to practice as professionals in Kenya.  The bachelor’s degree and the Diploma training programmes take five (5) and three(3) years respectively years to complete.                            
Entry Requirements for the degree programme:
Applicants must have met the minimum entry requirements for the pharmacy degree course in Kenya. For direct entry from the KCSE system of education applicants must have obtained an average weight of B- provided that no subject in the cluster shall have a grade below C+.
